Super Green Pass

This stands for the 2G Pass. The Super Green Pass is only available to those who have been vaccinated or have recovered. To be eligible for the Super Green Pass, a complete vaccination cycle must have been completed in the last 9 months. In addition, the Super Green Pass is granted to all persons who have recovered in the last 6 months. So, if you have an EU Green Passport confirming 2 vaccinations OR a medical certificate confirming recovery in the last 6 months, you are automatically considered a Super Green Passport holder.

The Super Green Pass currently guarantees you access to the interiors of bars and restaurants as well as all accommodation establishments. In addition, this pass allows you to attend parties, celebrations and ceremonies and to visit cinemas, fitness centers, events, sporting events and discos.

Thus, this Advent 2021, the SuperGreenPass is considered a persilschein for your vacation in Merano: you can simply experience everything that is offered at events (such as the Christmas Market), you can sit in any bar and restaurant and move freely everywhere else.
